Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at Gentrycraft@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
3. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at Gentrycraft@hotmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
